Privacy, plainly.
What Morphiq collects, why, and who helps us run it. Short version: only what is needed to sign you in and keep your designs. No ads, no trackers, no selling your data.
01Who we are
Morphiq is a design playground and browser-based Workshop at morphiq.prabhattiwari.in. It is run by Prabhat Tiwari, an individual based in India (“Morphiq”, “we”). For questions or complaints about this policy, email tiwari.wtf@gmail.com.
02What we collect
Just browsing. You can look at every design and use the Workshop without an account. The site loads no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts and sets no advertising cookies. Like any website, our host receives standard request details (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Your account. Accounts are run by Clerk. When you sign up we receive your email address; your password is handled by Clerk and we never see it. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, they share your basic profile: name, email address and profile picture. Clerk uses cookies that are needed to keep you signed in.
Saved designs. When you are signed in and save a design, it is stored with Supabase and linked to your account: its title, a thumbnail, what is on the canvas (text, shapes and any images you added) and when it was saved.
03What stays on your device
The Workshop editor runs in your browser. Images you add are prepared on your device, and PNG or JPG downloads are created on your device too. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to save a design to your account. Your browser’s local storage keeps your sign-in session so you stay logged in.
04How we use it
Only to run Morphiq: to sign you in, to save and load your designs, and to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or show ads.
05Who helps us
Three services process data on our behalf, each only for its part of the job:
- Clerk runs accounts and sign-in.
- Supabase stores your saved designs.
- Cloudflare hosts the website.
These providers may store or process data on servers outside India. We do not give your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
06Keeping and deleting
We keep your account details and saved designs for as long as your account exists. To have your account and saved designs removed, email tiwari.wtf@gmail.com and we will delete them. If you signed in with Google or Microsoft, you can also remove Morphiq’s access from your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time.
07Younger users
If you are under 18, please use Morphiq with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
08Changes and law
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. This policy is governed by the laws of India.
