01The service
Morphiq, run by Prabhat Tiwari, offers original concept designs to explore and download, and a Workshop editor to make your own. For questions or complaints about these terms, email tiwari.wtf@gmail.com.
02Your account
You can create an account with an email and password, or with Google or Microsoft where offered. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it.
03Acceptable use
Please don’t use Morphiq to:
- make or share anything illegal, or anything that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against others;
- upload content you don’t have the right to use, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
- impersonate someone, or mislead people about who made something;
- spread malware, or try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the service.
04Your content stays yours
Designs you make and images you upload remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to store them and show them back to you so the service works. We don’t claim ownership and don’t use your designs for anything else.
05Our designs
The Morphiq name, site and original designs belong to Morphiq. Designs offered for download are for you to use in your own projects; please don’t resell them as they are or present them as your own original work.
06Provided as-is
Morphiq is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that saved designs can never be lost, so keep copies of anything important. To the extent the law allows, Morphiq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service.
07Ending your account
You can stop using Morphiq at any time. To have your account and saved designs removed, email tiwari.wtf@gmail.com. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
08Changes and law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
